I believe the therapeutic relationship is the key foundation in counselling and it is important you feel comfortable and connected with your therapist. I offer free 15 minute consultations to see if I would be the appropriate counsellor for you.
Accessible fees
I want to acknowledge the inequity that exists in who is able to access counselling services and how inaccessible it is to equity seeking groups. With this in mind, I hold some sessions on a sliding scale for those folx who identify as 2STI+/LGBQ and/or IBPOC.
There is also the option for those folx who can pay more to 'pay it forward' with a little extra, which is put toward accessible fee sessions.
